Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Public Safety Prep LLC, doing business as FloorReady ("we", "us"), a California company at 1125 Channing Way, Berkeley, CA 94702, United States. They cover floorready.app and the FloorReady app (the "Services"): online practice for the hiring assessments used by call-center and business-process-outsourcing (BPO) employers, including typing, grammar, reading, numeracy, judgment and similar tests. By creating an account, buying a pass or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Practice only: no guarantee of results
The Services are a study aid. We do not promise that you will pass any test, get any score, be hired, be offered a job, or advance in any hiring process. Practice scores, readiness labels and timings are our estimates for practice; they are not predictions of, or equivalent to, a score on any employer, recruiter or assessment-provider test, including Versant. Real tests, cut-off scores and hiring decisions are set by others and change without notice.
2. Not affiliated with any test owner or employer
FloorReady is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Pearson (owner of Versant), any other assessment publisher, and any BPO, employer or recruiter. Test names are used only to describe what our practice is designed to help with; they are trademarks of their owners. All questions in the Services are original and written for practice. We do not have, use or sell any real test questions. If you believe something in the Services infringes your rights, email support@dispatchprep.com and we will review it promptly.
3. Practice content is not real-world guidance
Practice customers, accounts, policies, records and scenarios in the Services are invented for test practice. They are not the policies of any real employer or client and are not workplace, legal or financial guidance.
4. Mistakes in questions
We work to make every question and explanation correct, but some may contain errors or be open to more than one reading. Tell us at support@dispatchprep.com and we will review it. An error in a question is not a defect that entitles you to damages; where we agree an item is wrong we will fix it.
5. Who can use the Services; your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Your account is for you alone: sign in only with an email address you control, keep access to that inbox private, and do not share your account or pass. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, used to copy content, or used to break these Terms.
6. Passes and payment
Without paying you can use the first 10 questions of each test. The pass costs US$9 (or the local-currency amount shown at checkout), charged once. It opens every question for 30 days from purchase and does not renew automatically; nothing more is charged unless you buy again. Buying again before your pass ends adds 30 days to the end date. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices may change, but never for a pass you have already bought. Any taxes shown at checkout are added to the price. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Our content and your license
All questions, explanations, passages, software and designs in the Services belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own test preparation. You may not copy, scrape, record, screenshot in bulk, publish, sell, share or use our content to build another product or to train an AI model, and you may not resell access.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services: no attempts to bypass the paywall or access other users' data, no automated access, no interference with security or performance, nothing unlawful.
9. Changes, interruptions and ending
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services. If we permanently stop offering the Services while you hold an active pass, we will refund the unused part of your pass on a pro-rata basis. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, network, or providers outside our control. You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account.
10. Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT USING THEM WILL LEAD TO ANY RESULT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST EARNINGS, LOST JOB OPPORTUNITIES, FAILED TESTS OR HIRING DECISIONS, HOWEVER CAUSED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some places do not allow some of these limits; there, they apply only as far as the law allows.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, email support@dispatchprep.com so we can try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Alameda County, California or online. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class or representative action. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Any claim must be brought within two years after it arose. If this section is found unenforceable for a dispute, that dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Alameda County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. California users
If a complaint is not resolved with us, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
15. General
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes apply from 7 days after we post them (or sooner for security, bug fixes or legal requirements). Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the change. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Services.
