Privacy Policy

This notice explains what Public Safety Prep LLC, doing business as FloorReady ("we"), collects when you use floorready.app and the FloorReady app, why, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send your sign-in code and identify your account. We never ask for a password.
- Your practice activity: the tests you start, your answers, scores and timings, so you can see your results and we can keep the Services working and improve questions.
- Your purchase record: that you bought a pass, when, and when it ends. Stripe processes the payment; we never receive your full card number. Stripe's privacy notice: stripe.com/privacy.
- Technical data that our hosting providers log automatically, such as IP address, browser type and request times, for security and troubleshooting.
- On your device: the app stores your sign-in session and any unfinished test in your browser's local storage so it works with a weak signal. We use no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
To provide the Services, unlock what you paid for, keep accounts secure, answer you, fix problems and improve questions. We use it on the basis of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe and working service, and legal obligations (such as keeping payment records).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and never have. We use these service providers, only to run the Services:
- Supabase: accounts, sign-in codes and the practice database (stored in Singapore (ap-southeast-1)).
- Netlify: website hosting.
- Stripe: payments.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (in which case this notice continues to apply).
How long we keep it
While your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account we delete your email and practice history within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records for tax).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and each user can reach only their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@dispatchprep.com from the address on your account. We will answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information or use sensitive personal information. You may use an authorized agent; we may need to verify your identity first.
Users in the Philippines
If you are in the Philippines, you have the rights given by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173): to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erase or block, to data portability, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. Email us to use any of them. By creating an account you consent to your information being processed and stored outside the Philippines (in Singapore and the United States) by the providers listed above, for the purposes in this notice.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is material.
