Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee. If the FloorReady pass is not right for you, email support@dispatchprep.com within 7 days of buying it, from the email address on your account, and we will refund it in full.

What it covers

The guarantee protects you if the Services are not what you expected: the questions do not match what you are preparing for, or a technical problem stops you using them and we cannot fix it.

What it does not cover

The free preview is there so you can try before you buy, so the guarantee is not a free trial of the full bank. We may decline a refund where the account shows the paid content was substantially used before the request (for example, most of the paid questions already answered), or where the request comes after you have already taken your test. After 7 days, passes are not refundable, except where the law requires it or under section 9 of our Terms.

How it works

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the pass on your account ends; your account and free preview stay available.
